Tại đây, ở phần Content bạn search biến (như ảnh)

Sau đó, bạn bấm vào biến bạn muốn lấy và copy biến đó.

Sau khi copy biến xong, bạn thoát ra (không lưu) và dán biến vào email bạn đang tạo.

Làm tương tự với SMS.
